New Fitness Studio Packs a Major Punch with the Help of PR
Founded on a love for music, boxing and community, BOOMBOX Boxing Club partnered with BCENE PR to design a comprehensive marketing strategy, social media playbook and hands-on training series to build brand awareness for the opening of the studio and educate audiences on both the benefits and the legacy of boxing.
Our team conducted a preliminary review and assessment of key existing efforts, established KPIs, reviewed current processes and activities, and conducted an in-depth competitor review.
Our team audited all existing marketing materials to ensure messaging was on brand, up to date, relevant to key audiences, clear, consistent and concise. BCENE PR then developed a strategic marketing plan that outlined recommended strategies for paid, owned, earned and shared media including potential event activations, editorial opportunities, conference appearances, distribution strategies and publication targeting recommendations.
To ensure a successful launch of the social media marketing program for BOOMBOX, BCENE PR began with developing a social media playbook that provided a roadmap for the brand in the social space, from voice, tone, and aesthetic identity to platform best practices, mix of content, distribution strategies and audience targeting recommendations. In effect, one could hand the social media playbook over to any member of the organization (CEO to intern), and the individual could successfully navigate and execute a social media program on behalf of the brand.
The Results
